Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone for their concern and support since the club was broken into on Sunday morning. The pro shop will be back to normal by the end of this week as I try and replenish the stolen stock.
I have heard a few people chatting about how the internet is a much better place to buy kit from. Come in and speak to me as you'd be surprised at how competitive we can be. Don't forget buying online means you won't be able to get expert advice on what club is best for your game, as well as a fitting to ensure you get the perfect club for you - all of which you will get from buying with us!

As the winter sets in it is time to start gearing up. A number of members have taken advantage of our Nike Hyperadapt trial jackets and have experienced the quality of them first hand. Be sure to keep warm and 'layer up' with our base layers and insula technology from Galvin Green. If your hands are too cold you won't be able to perform so make sure you have the necessary winter gloves and mitts. A woolly hat is essential as the majority of heat loss if from the head!
What's in your bag?
I was due to do a section on 'what's in the bag' this week but for obvious reasons I've not been able to find the time! I do want to explain what I will be doing in this feature to give you something to look forward to next week. I am sure you are all aware of this feature in various golf magazines and on the TV.
I would like to run this feature in a different way, whereby instead of focusing on the top professional's bags I will look into your bags, our Heswall members! Once I have been through your bag, I will say what I like about the bag and make any suggestions that I think would improve your set! We will see the first of these in next week's edition.
